Each Maison Millan piece is handmade to order using natural materials — because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

That said, your satisfaction matters. If your piece arrives damaged or breaks due to a production issue, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order at shopmaisonmillan@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to offer a repair or replacement.
